1. Medical Disclaimer
Our services are provided by licensed professionals and are intended to support general wellness. They are not a substitute for medical diagnosis, treatment, or emergency care. Use of our services does not establish a doctor-patient relationship. Always consult your physician before beginning any therapy. Southern Drip Society and its staff shall not be liable for any adverse effects or outcomes resulting from treatment unless caused by proven gross negligence.
2. Eligibility
You must be 18 years or older, complete a medical screening or consent form, and provide truthful and complete health history. We reserve the right to decline or terminate services if any information is found to be false or misleading, or if the service is deemed unsuitable based on medical review or safety considerations.
3. Booking & Payment
Appointments must be scheduled in advance via our website or by phone. Payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise arranged. We accept credit card, Apple Pay, and PayPal. All payments are processed securely through third-party providers. By submitting payment, you authorize Southern Drip Society or its payment processors to charge your payment method for the agreed amount. All fees are non-refundable unless expressly stated.
4. Cancellation & Refund Policy
You hereby agree to pay Southern Drip Society the full payment for all scheduled service(s) at the time of booking. Refunds are not issued for missed appointments. A minimum of two (2) hour notice is required to cancel an appointment. Failure to provide such notice will result in a charge of $100 per booked service missed. Appointments may be canceled by sending an email to [email protected] or by calling or texting 713-396-0056.
In addition, if the attending medical professional determines, in their sole discretion, that you are not eligible to receive treatment due to your current medical condition, inaccurate or misleading health disclosures, or being under the influence of drugs or alcohol, services will not be rendered and a $100 fee per missed service will still apply. By accepting these Terms and placing an order, you authorize Southern Drip Society to charge your credit card or other payment method for all applicable fees, charges, and taxes. We reserve the right to waive cancellation fees at our sole discretion in cases of emergency, weather-related issues, or other extenuating circumstances.
5. Consent to Treatment
By using our services, you voluntarily consent to receive IV therapy and related wellness treatments. You acknowledge the potential risks, including but not limited to: bruising, pain, infection, allergic reaction, or vein irritation. You agree that you have disclosed accurately all relevant health information to your provider. Informed consent forms may be required prior to treatment. By receiving treatment, you confirm that you understand and accept all potential risks and agree not to hold Southern Drip Society, its affiliates, or staff liable for any side effects unless resulting from gross negligence.
6. Privacy
Your personal and health information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and HIPAA regulations. Please review our Privacy Policy for details on how your information is collected, used, and protected.
7. General Use
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, for any reason, at any time. Your content (excluding payment information) may be transferred unencrypted across various networks and adapted to meet technical requirements. Payment data is always encrypted. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or exploit any part of the Service without express written permission. Violation of any of these terms may result in immediate termination of access and potential legal action.
8. Information Accuracy
We do not guarantee the completeness, accuracy, or timeliness of any information on this site. The content provided is for general reference only and should not be relied upon without consulting more accurate, complete, or timely sources.
9. Modifications to Service and Pricing
Prices and services are subject to change at any time without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any service or content without liability.
10. Products and Services
Products or services may be exclusive to the website and subject to limited availability. We may limit sales geographically or by customer, and we reserve the right to discontinue any product or service at our discretion. We do not guarantee that the products, services, information, or other materials you purchase or obtain will meet your expectations, nor do we warrant that any errors in the service will be identified or corrected.
11. Billing and Account Information
We reserve the right to limit or cancel any order. You agree to provide accurate billing and account information and update it promptly as needed.

Our site may contain links to third-party sites. We do not control or endorse these sites and assume no responsibility for their content, policies, or services.
13. User Submissions
By submitting content (ideas, suggestions, comments), you grant us the right to use it without restriction. You agree not to post unlawful, offensive, or infringing content. Please avoid submitting sensitive health or financial information via public comment forms or reviews. Any content you provide is considered non-confidential and non-proprietary. You may not use a false email address, impersonate another individual, or otherwise mislead us or third parties regarding the origin of any content you submit. You agree to be respectful to our staff and contractors, provide a safe and clean environment for in-home visits, and be truthful in your medical history and responses. We reserve the right to refuse service for inappropriate behavior or unsafe conditions.
18. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability
We do not guarantee that the service will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted. Use of the service is at your sole risk. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Southern Drip Society, its employees, and contractors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or of the inability to use our services. In jurisdictions where such exclusions are not permitted, our liability is limited to the maximum extent allowed by law.
19. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Southern Drip Society, its owners, employees, agents, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses—including reasonable attorneys’ fees—arising from your use of the services, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third party rights.
20. Severability
If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
21. Termination
These Terms are effective until terminated by either party. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time without notice. You may terminate these Terms of Service by notifying us that you no longer wish to use our Services or when you stop using our site.
22. Entire Agreement
These Terms, along with our posted policies, constitute the entire agreement between you and Southern Drip Society.
23. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas. Any legal action must be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction within that state. You agree that any disputes will be resolved individually and not as part of any class action.
