You hereby agree to pay Southern Drip Society the full payment for all scheduled service(s) at the time of booking. Refunds are not issued for missed appointments. A minimum of two (2) hour notice is required to cancel an appointment. Failure to provide such notice will result in a charge of $100 per booked service missed. Appointments may be canceled by sending an email to [email protected] or by calling or texting 713-396-0056.
In addition, if the attending medical professional determines, in their sole discretion, that you are not eligible to receive treatment due to your current medical condition, inaccurate or misleading health disclosures, or being under the influence of drugs or alcohol, services will not be rendered and a $100 fee per missed service will still apply. By accepting these Terms and placing an order, you authorize Southern Drip Society to charge your credit card or other payment method for all applicable fees, charges, and taxes. We reserve the right to waive cancellation fees at our sole discretion in cases of emergency, weather-related issues, or other extenuating circumstances.
